Craig Luhr is the founder and Managing Director of Fire and Egress Door Consultants LLC (FEDCO). The company is a United Arab Emirates based consultancy with regional practice throughout the Middle East.

As Managing Director of FEDCO, Craig is responsible for the leadership and direction of the company to follow his vision to create and establish an independent consultancy that focuses on solving the various technical applications pertaining to Fire and Egress Doors that are required in all types of buildings within the region.

Craig’s mission is to grow our company FEDCO by making our years of expertise available to clients from the construction industry while including developers, manufacturers, and architects. Craig has a particular intertest to provide door and hardware solutions implement the best Life Safety and Security practices.

Craig has a passion for large, complex, and iconic mega-projects that pose unique and challenging opportunities which demand the use of his 35 plus years of experience in the Door, Hardware, and Construction Industry.

With Craig’s thorough knowledge of the Fire and Life Safety Codes, the Building Codes, the Accessibility Codes, and along with his experience with the Door and Hardware industry standards for fabrication and installation, Craig can solve and implement the correct application for even the most complex projects.
